Technical Support

Next Generation Technologies, Inc. has 19 years of continuous experience providing technical support for PC platforms, windows operating systems, speech input technologies, voice output technologies, and a broad range of assistive technologies and devices. Our staff brings range of talents and capabilities to disciplined technical troubleshooting.  We can provide full services documentation as requested by clients.

Our technical services can be provided in a variety of formats: telephone technical support is generally available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at a rate of $75/hr. Using GoToManage, or Tandem for Jaws users, we can provide real time remote technical support at a rate of $90/hr. We provide on-site technical support throughout the Northwest by appointment at a rate of $110/hr. (travel charges may apply).

We are comfortable using a 'team approach' to trouble shooting and can work with existing IT resources or staff personnel. References are available upon request.
