Technical Support

Next Generation Technologies, Inc. has 15 years of continuous experience providing technical support for PC platforms, speech input technologies, voice output technologies, and a broad range of assistive technologies and platforms. Our staff brings a diverse range of talents and capabilities to disciplined technical troubleshooting.

Technical services can be provided in a variety of formats. Telephone technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or by previous arrangement. We can provide on-site technical support throughout the Northwest by appointment (travel charges may apply). We can also provide real-time technical support using remote access technologies through a broadband Internet connection. Our general rates are $90/hour, though rates can vary depending on actual requirements.
