Our calendaring module will link EMR and Billing together, allowing paperless scheduling. All users within the practice group will be able to:
- Share calendar resources with one another using our permissions system.
- Generate reports linking calendar data with EMR and/or Billing.

SynaReport
Reporting is probably the most important aspect of any practice. Without it, practices cannot analyze trends and adapt to the ever changing environment. Although many other software packages incorporate reporting functionality, you may have to run several reports to get the data you want. SynaReport empowers practices with the ability to run reports in between disparate modules within one report.
Billing specific examples:
- Generate reports to analyze where their referrals are coming from. This is not just for referring doctors, but also for individual carriers, ads, friends, other patients, a conference or seminar booth etc.... You can then calculate how much revenue was generated by each referral base to see if it is cost effective. No more guessing or having to spend hours compiling lists of patients or data.
- A procedure receipts by carrier analysis report can help you compare reimbursement for the same procedure per carrier. It also calculates the average reimbursement per procedure per carrier. It can help you determine whether to remain in a carrier or not. This report can also be run sorting by doctor, location or dx for further analysis.
- A monthly receipts analysis report which includes all payments, the date of payment, doctor, the date of service, and procedure it was applied to is a very useful report which traditionally can only be acquired by running two or more reports.
- You can run a report on patients that were treated for the same diagnosis. You can also run a report to see the revenue generated by that diagnosis per carrier. And pick up any denial patterns or reimbursement concerns.
- Cancellation or no show analysis report. Using the scheduling module you can analyze what percentage of patients are not arriving to your office as scheduled and then break that down per reason.
- Zip code analysis report, per doctor, per location, or any other category. Can help in marketing your practice or knowing where your patients are coming from.
- Custom generate a letter per doctor, location or per carrier and issue the letter to bulk patients without having to do a lot of research. If a physician is disenrolling from a carrier, is moving the practice or some other announcement needs to be made to a particular group of patients this feature saves you and your staff many hours of clerical work.
EMR specific examples:
- Who are the patients in my practice with Medicare insurance have heart murmur, angina and hypertension as diagnoses, so that a 2D Echo should be performed on those patients if necessary?
- Which patients have atrial fibrillation as an active diagnosis and not on coumadin?
Combination reports:
- Who are the patients in my practice with Medicare insurance have heart murmur, angina and hypertension as diagnoses, so that a 2D Echo should be performed on those patients if necessary that have balances over $200 with birthdates after year 1950 that has a history of depression?
- Which patients have atrial fibrillation as an active diagnosis and not on coumadin that also has on any encounter form a CPT code of 90211 with a balance over 30 days that also had a fever within the past 10 years of over 101 degrees?
